Fr. James Martin, SJ

Father James Martin, a Jesuit priest, and writer and Culture Editor of the Jesuit magazine America has produced three sets of Blink segments. They are based on his book, "The Jesuit Guide to (Almost) Everything: A Spirituality for Real Life". In the book, Father Martin explains how Jesuit founder Saint Ignatius of Loyola helps people with practical spirituality.

The first segments are called "Ways of Prayer" and has ten parts looking at various forms of prayer. The second group has seven parts and are called "Joy, Humor and Laughter" focusing on how these traits can be used in the spiritual life. The third group are seven segments called "Jesus and Joy" looking at the lighter side of the Lord.

Father James Martin, SJ presents "Jesus and Joy", a seven-part series of short segments on the CatholicTV original "series" Blink: a half hour full of insight, information and faith. Blink features Catholics from around the universal church sharing their belief, their life and their wisdom. Each “show” consists of 3-5 minute segments on a variety of topics presented by different hosts. An exciting thirty minutes of short bursts...information for Catholics of every age!
